Shot of the Day-When the lights come on

Hi peeps, this is one of the last photos on my recent trip, we were trying to get a sunset but the fog and clouds would not allow the sun to come through. So you must work with what you got right? So I waited until the sun was fully set and rocked out a long exposure with a ND filter. This is HWY 1 right outside SF. Check out this vid to see how you can use a ND filter on your next long expo.
